The Cozy apartment features 1 double bedroom and a spacious bathroom. Inside, the dining area is elegantly furnished, and with a fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare your own meals. Alternatively, you can dine al fresco in the charming garden, enjoying your meals under the open sky in a delightful ambiance.
The garden features a shared pool with sun loungers and an outdoor shower, perfect for relaxation and refreshment.
The apartment accommodates up to 4 people, with a sofa bed in the living room.
The Cozy and Sunny apartments can also be connected by an internal staircase and rented together for groups of friends or large families of up to 6 guests who want to enjoy their holidays together.
There are also hiking trails in the area to explore. Nearby, you'll find restaurants, shops, and other amenities for a pleasant stay. The beautiful Meia Praia beach is just 800 meters away, and there is a walking path that takes you through roads and fields to get there. Along Meia Praia, you’ll find several charming chiringuitos (beach bars) where you can enjoy delicious local food and drinks with a stunning ocean view. This long stretch of golden sand and clear waters is perfect for relaxing, swimming, and enjoying various water sports.
Our rates for your most beautiful time
Our prices can be found below. Accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children up to 16 years on sofa bed + 1 toddler (children under 2 jears stay for free). Crib fee: € 30.- / stay. For longer stays, please enquire with us.
We require a deposit of €400. All prices are flat rates. Internet, water, electricity, and gas are included.
Bedding, towels, and cleaning fee: € 60- / stay are not included in the flat rate. We offer an early booking discount of 5% for reservations and payments made 6 months in advance.
Self-check-in and self-check-out with key box. The code will be provided a few days before arrival.
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. For the setup of the short-term rental agreement, we retain a processing fee of € 70.-
50% refund for cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival. No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival.

Was better than the advertisement! Also the outside area was supernice, was beautiful grass with a bit shadow so our baby could play there on a blanket... the swimmingpool right before us. Sad was just very cold for the baby but for us very refreshing :) Inaide the hoise we had a bath which also very noce with a baby and there was a babybed and chair... so for us all very good... the center and the beach was 25 min away, not that far... we had a really good time.. Also the communication was fast 😀

Appartement tel que décrit. Propre, accueillant. Bien situé. Le plus, la piscine ! Teresa et Felix ont été très réactifs face à un petit soucis vite résolu. Je les remercie infiniment pour leur accueil. Je recommande vivement cet appartement, il y a tellement de choses à faire et à voir autour.
